Refund Policy for Book Bloom Publishing

Book Bloom Publishing provides customized creative and digital services. Because each project is prepared specifically for the client, refunds are evaluated based on the amount of completed work and project stage at the time of request.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Requests are reviewed after evaluating project progress, resources used, and delivered material. Refunds may be considered only before substantial work has been completed or delivered.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed or approved writing, editing, or design drafts
  • Work already delivered to the client
  • Projects inactive for more than 30 days due to client delay
  • Discounted or promotional service packages
  • Third-party service costs including ISBN or distribution fees

Partial Refunds

If cancellation occurs after work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the value of completed work, processing effort, and resource allocation. Remaining balance, if applicable, will be returned using the original payment method.

Revisions Before Refund

Clients are encouraged to request revisions if expectations are not met. Our team will make reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope of work before a refund request is finalized.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on the payment provider, funds may take several business days to appear in your account.
